Cancellation Policy 

To ensure we can provide the maximum number of appointments to business owners who want to make a change, we must operate a cancellation policy.

  1. Notification: If you need to cancel your appointment, please use the link in the confirmation email, at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment time.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice must be requested in writing by email or text and may incur a charge in-line with your package or service.

  3. No Show: If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide a timely cancellation notice, you may be charged the full cost of the service.

  4. Refunds: Payments made are usually non-refundable, however you may request a refund by email to admin@opswiz.co.uk.

  5. Reschedule: If you need to reschedule, please use the link in the confirmation email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  6. Changes: We reserve the right to revise our cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
