While no business can ethically guarantee specific financial results (because we can't do the work for you), our entire focus is on profitability. We don't just teach you "theory"; we help you work more efficiently, reducing the time and effort on the business activities which don't make money.
Profitability generally relates to making more money, but some clients work with us to free up time for a new project, family or travel. Their turnover may not increase, but that was never their goal - less stress and improved quality of life are more valuable to them!

We deliberately structure the Hub as a quarterly membership (£297 every 3 months) rather than monthly.
Why? Because building true momentum takes longer than 30 days. We want you to commit to a specific 'season' of action.
When you pay monthly, it is very easy to quit the moment you hit a bumpy patch (and every business has bumpy patches!). The quarterly commitment is designed to help you stay the course and hold you accountable to your own goals long enough to actually see the results. -

We know you are busy, so we design everything to be manageable.
Community:Dip in and out whenever you have 10 minutes. No pressure. Ask questions to the community and check out the latest events. You'll get 2 emails a week - one with the highlights from the community and one with the tip of the week, so you'll always be in touch.
The Hub:We recommend setting aside about 2 hours a week to engage, go through the resources and apply them. If you're struggling to get traction by yourself, join our group guided focus and accountability session online.
Bitesize Consultancy: This is a 6-month partnership. You'll have two 90-minute online sessions per month. In between those sessions, you will have specific actions to complete. We keep these tasks "bitesize" so they are manageable alongside your client work, but you will need to ringfence time to do the work if you want to see results.
Profitability Audit: You’ll just need a 30 minutes upfront to complete the questionnaire, and then 90 minutes online to to dive deeper. Then once you get your report, move completely at your own pace to make the changes you need to become more efficient and profitable.
But that isn't the only way to fix profitability. We also look at adding efficiencies to your workflow. By helping you do less of the 'busy work' that doesn't make money, you keep more of your time and energy, which makes you more profitable instantly.

In your first month we'll complete the audit and make a plan of action. Then we help you implement the relevant parts of the More Profitable Me® framework directly into your business.
We might work on fixing your pricing structure one month and sorting out your booking system the next. It is practical, 'done-with-you' support to ensure you actually make progress, and can sustainably manage new ways of working in your day to day.
In between sessions you'll have work to do, but don't worry, it's called Bitesize for a reason, so we won't let you bite off more than you can chew! -
